2012 Annual Meeting

In order to maintain our success we need to ensure that we have great governance. This is to notify all voting members that the Annual Meeting will be held as an 'Action Without a Meeting,' per ARTICLE VI: 6.04. It is now time to cast your vote! In our efforts to 'GO GREEN,' and to be good stewards of our dollars, the Annual Meeting Packet and the Bylaws are posted below for your review.

NOTE: In order to vote you MUST be registered in Girl Scouts for the 2011-2012 year by January 1, 2012 and be 14 years or older on or before January 1, 2012. All ballots must be postmarked no later than February 25, 2012 by 12:00 midnight. You may also turn in your ballots in person at World Thinking Day from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM., or submit your ballot in person at the Bakersfield office or at the Fresno office. Our Membership Development Specialists will also be bringing Ballot Boxes (locked) to the Service Unit meetings for your convenience.
