Tahoe Joe's Cookie Sales Incentive: Our top cookie sellers can earn dinners and lunches for themselves and their families at one of Tahoe Joe's four locations in Fresno, Visalia, and Bakersfield. Girls who physically attended one of the Council Cookie Rallies on January 20th in Madera or Bakersfield, and/or Cookie College on January 21st in Bakersfield, could register to be part of this challenge. At the end of our Cookie Sale in April, the top selling girls in each of our five counties (Fresno, Kings, Madera, Tulare, and Kern) will each win a dinner for her and her family up to six people at the Tahoe Joe's restaurant of their choice in Fresno, Visalia or Bakersfield. The second top selling girls in each of the five counties will each win a lunch for her and her family up to six people at Tahoe Joe's. The dinners and lunches can be redeemed for dine-in or curbside take-out.

Nominations are invited for the 2012 Women Inspiring Girls Society honorees

We would like your help in identifying dynamic women who have distinguished themselves through exemplary achievements in the community, in their professions, and as role models for girls. They will join 18 trail-blazing women from Fresno and Kern Counties who embody and personify the mission of Girl Scouts of being women of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. They inspire all of us to try a bit harder, to reach a bit further, and to believe in ourselves. The 3 honorees selected will be recognized at our 4th annual Women Inspiring Girls luncheons, in Fresno, on June 5th, and in Bakersfield on October 5th.

These luncheons provide funding for our Girl Scouts Connect Program which gives every girl everywhere the chance to become a Girl Scout, learn values and practical life skills, and realize her full potential.
