California Girl Scouts Conserve Water

2013 was the driest California has ever recorded. Current conditions suggest no change for 2014. California Governor Jerry Brown has declared a statewide drought emergency and is asking all Californians to reduce their water use by 20 percent.

With 200,000 Girl Scouts in California, local Girl Scouts and their families are in a position of leadership. California Girl Scouts are taking action to conserve water and share simple steps in a state-wide movement to make sure individuals know there are things in their everyday life they can do to help conserve water. After all, #EveryDropCounts and we need to show that #CAGirlScoutsConserve
