Community service project in honor of Independence day

On Saturday, June 30, 2012, Troop 2571 (Daisy/Brownie troop) undertook a Community Service project. They colored 100 American flags and presented them to the residents of Lifehouse Parkview Healthcare Center in honor of the Fourth of July. The girls also accomplished one of ten tasks to complete one  of the 100th things for the 100th G.S. Anniversary, they read for 100 minutes to the residents. Troop 2571 meets year-round and accomplishes approximately eight community services projects per year.
