Service Unit 30 hosted a Twilight Camp June 18 – 21 from 6:00pm to 8:45PM at the Fresno Sportsmen’s Club. Twilight Camp is where girls get an introduction to the things that have made Girl Scouting such a strong, safe, fun tradition.

Camp opened each night with a flag ceremony followed by  Service Unit 30′s world famous relays. The girls then broke into small groups. Each day’s activities revolved around Girl Scout traditions during camp. Activities included things like: making  lemmi sticks, roasting smores, singing songs, and they made situpons. They also played a game called “Lick It & Stick It” where the girls licked marshmellows and stuck them to their face.  After that, they ran with them on to see who could make it without the marshmellows falling off.  it was quite a site!!!  Thursday night they held a Rededication Ceremony for all Girl Scouts. Girls made new friends, saw many of their old ones, and learn while they are having fun.
