What Are Girl Scout Program Pathways
Girl Scout Program Pathways are nationally consistent yet flexible ways that Girls and Adults participate and represent a national membership strategy for recruiting and retaining more members. Girl Scout Pathways are how we deliver the GSLE (Girl Scout Leadership Experience) to all girls and how we match volunteers to girl preferences for participation - its our delivery system and our internal way of organizing offerings. Girl Scout Program Pathways are holistic, with each acting as a flexible option for participation.
What Types of Pathways are Being Offered?
Program Pathways are offered in six different categories to manage the different ways girls have indicated they are interested in participating. These options were developed to increase, retain and reengage membership at all levels.
