Preparing girls for a lifetime of leadership.
There’s more to Girl Scouting than just badges and journeys. Taking the next step in your leadership skills development helps to prepare you for High School and College, enhances your career and marketability, uplifts your home life, school, sports, activities, church, teamwork, social situations, and more. Follow the Girl Leadership Skills Development courses starting as a Cadette and through Seniors and Ambassadors.
GSCCS offers the following Girl Trainings:
- PA (Program Aide)
- Outdoor PA (Outdoor Program Aide)
- CIT (Counselor-In-Training)
- VIT (Volunteer-In-Training)
- Babysitting Training
- Flag Training
Girls are encouraged to complete their LiA (Leader in Action) training with assisting a Brownie Troop with any of their National Leadership Journeys. Some trainings require girls to have their LiA before moving on to the next training. Be sure to read all prerequisites before registering.
