
Customer Engagement Initiative
Together with Girl Scouts of the USA, our council introduced the Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) in 2017. These interactive and user-friendly improvements are all about better service to Girl Scout members and making it easier to join and renew memberships, give improved resources for volunteers, and improve your Girl Scout experience.
This exciting process has included a refreshed Girl Scout website and the launch of the Girl Scout Member Community and Volunteer Toolkit in late March 2017.
The Girl Scout Member Community will provide easy-to-access services such as managing your personal profile and updating membership status.
The Volunteer Toolkit is a digital resource designed to make it dramatically easier for troop leaders to manage their troop, prepare for and lead meetings, and connect with other volunteers.
I don’t know how to get in to my Member Community (MyGS) account.
What do I do?
Click on “MyGS” above and select “Member
Profile,” which will direct you to the MyGS login screen. Your
username should be the email address on your membership record (the
email you used to sign up for Girl Scouts). If you are unsure of your
password, click “Forgot Your Password” and follow the prompts to
retrieve it. If you have forgotten the email address you signed up
with or are having trouble retrieving your password, email CustomerCare@girlscoutsccs.org or call us at
(800) 490-8653 option 0 for additional support.
