In order to maintain our success we need to ensure that we have great governance. This is to notify all voting members that the Annual Meeting will be held as an “Action Without a Meeting,” per ARTICLE VI: 6.04. It is now time to cast your vote! In our efforts to “GO GREEN,” and to be good stewards of our dollars, the Annual Meeting Packet and the Bylaws are posted HERE for your review. NOTE: In order to vote you MUST be registered in Girl Scouts for the 2011-2012 year by January 1, 2012 and be 14 years or older on or before January 1, 2012. All ballots must be postmarked no later than February 25, 2012 by 12:00 midnight. You may also turn in your ballots in person at World Thinking Day from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, or submit your ballot in person at the Bakersfield office or at the Fresno office. Our Membership Development Specialists will also be bringing Ballot Boxes (locked) to the Service Unit meetings for your convenience.

Our top cookie sellers can earn dinners and lunches for themselves and their families at one of Tahoe Joe's four locations in Fresno, Visalia, and Bakersfield.
Here's how:
Girls must physically attend one of the Council Cookie Rallies on January 20th in Madera or Bakersfield, and/or Cookie College on January 21st in Bakersfield, so that they can register to be part of this challenge. At the end of our Cookie Sale in April, the top selling girls in each of our five counties (Fresno, Kings, Madera, Tulare, and Kern) will each win a dinner for her and her family up to six people at the Tahoe Joe's restaurant of their choice in Fresno, Visalia or Bakersfield. The second top selling girls in each of the five counties will each win a lunch for her and her family up to six people at Tahoe Joe's. The dinners and lunches can be redeemed for Take-out or dine in. It's that simple! Be sure to attend Cookie Rally or Cookie College for the chance to earn your family a fabulous dinner or lunch at Tahoe Joe's!
