Girl Scouts Retention and Support Specialist: The Retention and Support Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies via telephone and or internet to retain and increase membership in assigned, established geographic areas. This includes recruiting girl members as well as recruiting volunteers to deliver and support programming. The Retention and Support Specialist will be cross-trained to also fulfill the role of New Members Specialists as necessary, and will learn and execute advanced sales strategies and tactics for both inside and outside selling scenarios. This position is primarily office based.

Girl Scouts Connect Activity Coordinator (Tulare/Kings Team): The GS Connect Activity Coordinator is accountable for overseeing with the direction of the Girl Scouts Connect Supervisor the delivery of the Girl Scouts Connect programs and activities at specific assigned sites and schools. Maintain positive relationships between school districts, the community, other agencies and the Girl Scout Council, and to assist in obtaining program delivery sites, volunteers to assist with programming, reporting and budget management.

Customer Support Data Entry Specialist: The Customer Support Data Entry Specialist is responsible for developing and effectively executing customer service via walk-ins, telephone or internet venues by acting as a liaison between members and department staff to help directly or indirectly resolve issues or assist with questions. This position analyzes customer complaints and provides appropriate actions while maintaining professional integrity at all times. The Customer Support Data Entry Specialist ensures that all data entry and clerical work are handled accurately in a timely manner. This position is primarily location based.
