Current Openings:

Girl Scouts Connect Supervisor (Kern County Team): The GS Connect Supervisor is accountable for collaborating with community groups (e.g. schools, faith based organizations, affinity groups, corporations, etc.) to plan programs that promote Girl Scouts. This position is responsible for obtaining program delivery sites, volunteers to assist with programming, developing work schedules for Girl Scouts Connect staff (Kern County Team), planning, reporting, and budget management. Ensure that goals are met for recruitment, program delivery, and retention of girl and adult members.

Girl Scouts Connect Activity Coordinator (Tulare/Kings Team): The GS Connect Activity Coordinator is accountable for overseeing with the direction of the Girl Scouts Connect Supervisor the delivery of the Girl Scouts Connect programs and activities at specific assigned sites and schools. Maintain positive relationships between school districts, the community, other agencies and the Girl Scout Council, and to assist in obtaining program delivery sites, volunteers to assist with programming, reporting and budget management.

Customer Service Representative (Bakersfield): The Customer Service Representative is accountable for ensuring our members get the assistance needed to provide the best programming for our Girl Scouts. This is accomplished through listening and responding to members’ needs and concerns, working with walk-in volunteers, processing membership paperwork and collecting data for reporting needs.
