Part-Time Technology Help Desk: The part-time Technology Help Desk is responsible for assisting the Chief Membership and Technology Officer (CMTO) with technology related issues. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. The part-time Technology Help Desk ensures that all data entry and clerical work are handled accurately in a timely manner. Answers member questions via walk-ins, phone calls, and the e-biz help desk. The part-time Technology Help Desk collects information and provides input to the membership department in an effort to help the Council achieve its goals. Part-Time Customer Service Representative:The part-time Customer Service Representative is responsible for membership data entry activities and is part of the Membership team. Processes membership registration forms. The Customer Service Representative ensures that all data entry and clerical work are handled accurately in a timely manner.
