Join us for an inspirational evening as we honor our incredible Girl Scout Juniors who have earned the prestigious Bronze Award! This special ceremony recognizes the dedication, leadership, and impact of these young changemakers, who have completed projects that have made a lasting difference in their communities.

 

 

 

Youth Tagalongs (Ages 2+) must be registered. 

Bronze Award Ceremony registration is open to Girl Scouts that have received their approval of the Bronze Award. The Girl Experience team will reach out to awardees to confirm attendance. 

Lunch Provided for the girl and two caregivers. $25 each additional family member lunch. To clarify: Please register your Girl Scout and two guests under $0 spots and additional "family guests" for $25 each. 

Bronze Award Girl Scouts are encouraged to create a Trifold Project Board to display at the ceremony.

 

Event Policy:

 

Refunds and Cancellations: Transfers, cancellations, or refund requests must be made in writing to customercare@girlscoutsccs.org 30 days before the event's registration deadline. There are no refunds after the deadline or closing date of the event. Dates shown in the cancellation policy below are strictly to allow staff the ability to process cancellations for all events, year-round and are not specific to this event. Please see the registration end date to determine the cancellation deadline for this event.

Program Credits: Choose Program Credits as the payment method to redeem Cookie Dough/Nut Bucks/Renewal Program Credits. Registration will not be finalized until Program Credits have been approved, processed by staff, and the Cookie Dough and Nut Bucks Form has been submitted https://www.cognitoforms.com/GirlScoutsOfCentralCaliforniaSouth/onlineregistrationdigitalcookiedoughnutbuckspaymentform. This form must be received to complete registration. When using program credits at checkout, please allow 2-3 days for approval. Events and activities do sell out quickly, so it is recommended that members register early.

 

Special Accommodations: GSCCS is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees who may have special circumstances or needs who may require alternative planning. Attendees with a special circumstance should include the accommodation need in the box labeled "Special Circumstances," for our staff to review. Additionally, any dietary needs should be included in the "Dietary Restrictions" box.
