Volunteers make Girl Scouting happen! Taking time to thank others is a big part of being a Girl Scout. We hope you’ll take the time to let your fellow Troop Leaders, Service Unit volunteers, troop mom and dads know how thankful you are for all the little things – and big – they do every day. We appreciate you and want to celebrate all the good that you’re doing. Adult Awards and Recognitions is where we do that.
Numeral Guard and Years of Service Pins
Whether you’ve been girl scouting and/or volunteering for 5, 15, or 30 years we want you to show your pins. Forms are available online for the 2024/2025 Numeral Guard and Years of Service Pins. Numeral Guards and Years of Service Pins will be handed out at the 2025 Adult Recognitions Event, scheduled for Fall 2025
The deadline for forms is April 30, 2025
Numeral Guards: Recognize the number of combined girl and adult years as a registered member of Girl Scouts. Membership Numeral Guards for increments of 5 years (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc.)
Years of Service Pins: Recognize years of adult service as a registered member of Girl Scouts. Years of Service Pins for increments of 5 years (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc.)
Individuals should work with their Service Unit appointee to ensure accuracy and no duplication of the Numeral Guard and Years of Service form. Service Unit Representative please schedule a time at one of your meetings to fill out Pin and Numeral Guard forms and Nomination forms.
