PAPERWORK
Health and safety information including activity waivers, health forms, and camper release forms are available through our GSCCS Camper Packet. Please complete the requested information in a timely manner. If your girl is a returning camper, you will only need to update information that may have changed since her last summer camp experience. For girls attending overnight programs of three or more nights, a Physical Examination Form is required. This form must be completed by a physician and be current within 12 months of the program date. For questions or help completing the online forms, feel free to email Customer support or call (800) 490-8653
MEDICATIONS
Both prescription and over-the-counter medications must be in a plastic bag labeled with the participants name. All medications must be in their original container. Give medications to the designated First Aider at check in.
SPECIAL NEEDS
For questions about specific needs or to request special accommodations, please contact Customer Care.
ALLERGIES
You will receive a CampDoc health form via email to provide allergy information. Camp First Aiders will keep track of individual needs and will make accommodations whenever possible for food or environmental allergies. Always feel free to discuss any concerns with the camp director.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
We have storm shelters at each camp property. Camp staff continually monitor the weather. If there is an emergency at camp, we follow a safety plan, and you will be notified.
