Join your friends from GSCCS as we proudly celebrate the achievements of the Silver and Gold Award recipients. These girls have worked hard on their awards, and we want to honor them for the amazing work they have done. This event is open to the families and friends of the recipients so they can celebrate these outstanding accomplishments. This is the girls' chance to be recognized for making the world a better place through their projects. Congratulations, Girl Scouts-this is your moment to be recognized.
Ceremony registration is open to Girl Scouts that have received their approval of their Gold and Silver Awards and their additional guests. The Girl Experience team will reach out to awardees to confirm attendance.
Youth Tagalongs (Ages 2+) must be registered and included with in the guest count.
Lunch Provided for the girl and two caregivers. $25 each additional family member lunch
Gold and SIlver Award Girl Scouts are encouraged to create a Trifold Project Board to display at the ceremony.
Event Policy:
Refunds and Cancellations: Transfers, cancellations, or refund requests must be made in writing to customercare@girlscoutsccs.org 30 days before the event's registration deadline. There are no refunds after the deadline or closing date of the event. Dates shown in the cancellation policy below are strictly to allow staff the ability to process cancellations for all events, year-round and are not specific to this event. Please see the registration end date to determine the cancellation deadline for this event.
Program Credits: Choose Program Credits as the payment method to redeem Cookie Dough/Nut Bucks/Renewal Program Credits. Registration will not be finalized until Program Credits have been approved, processed by staff, and the Cookie Dough and Nut Bucks Form has been submitted https://www.cognitoforms.com/GirlScoutsOfCentralCaliforniaSouth/onlineregistrationdigitalcookiedoughnutbuckspaymentform. This form must be received to complete registration. When using program credits at checkout, please allow 2-3 days for approval. Events and activities do sell out quickly, so it is recommended that members register early.
Special Accommodations: GSCCS is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees who may have special circumstances or needs who may require alternative planning.
