Join us at our special Build-A-Bear Workshop Buddy Sessions exclusively for Girl Scouts! During this fun and interactive event, Girl Scouts of all levels can create their own furry friend to take home. Choose the session you plan to attend to reserve your appointment, then join us at your scheduled time to build your bear. Each session will accommodate up to 6 girls who will each have to opportunity to build a bear. Please note that only girls that plan to make a bear should sign up and adults should only sign up if they plan to make a bear. While there is no cost to book your session, the cost of bears will vary with prices starting at $14 and up depending on your girl's creativity in accessorizing her new friend.
Here's what to expect:
Choose Your Bear: Pick your favorite bear or furry friend from our selection.
Stuff It Together: With the help of our staff, stuff your bear and bring it to life! We'll even include the iconic Build-A-Bear Heart Ceremony, customized just for Girl Scouts.
Dress Up Your Friend: Get creative! Dress your bear in vests, tunics, and accessories. You can even match troop numbers or add cookie merchandise.
Fun for All: Whether you're coming with your troop, claiming your cookie recognition, celebrating a special occasion, or just want to build a new furry friend, everyone is welcome! You will be grouped with up to 5 other girls just like you who will be building bears too! Each session will run approximately 45 mins. so there is plenty of time to build and accessorize your bear.
Remember, it's not just a bear-it's a memory!
Build A Bear Workshops are not drop-off events. A parent or caregiver should plan on staying with their girl. Please plan on arriving 5 minutes early so there are no delays in getting started.
Event Policy:
Refunds and Cancellations: This is a no-cost event. There are no refunds on no-cost events. As a courtesy to our waitlisted members and program facilitators, we kindly request that you cancel your reservation by contacting customercare@girlscoutsccs.org. Bears and accessories may not be returned or exchanged after purchase.
Program Credits: Cookie Dough and Nut Bucks earned through the Product Program may be used as payment toward the cost of the bear in-store.
Special Accommodations: GSCCS is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees who may have special circumstances or needs who may require alternative planning. Attendees with a special circumstance should include the accommodation need in the box labeled "Special Circumstances," for our staff to review. Additionally, any dietary needs should be included in the "Dietary Restrictions" box.
