Ready to inspire the next generation of Girl Scouts? This training
is designed for girls in 6th grade and above who want to become
mentors and role models for younger Girl Scouts. As a Program Aide,
you'll have the unique opportunity to share your skills, passions, and
experiences while championing the Girl Scout Leadership
Experience.

- Learn effective ways to work with younger children
- Discover how to adapt activities for different needs and situations
- Practice hands-on leadership skills through engaging activities
By the end of the training, girls will receive a Program Aide
Trained Patch, and Cadettes will be on their way to earning the
Program Aide Award. This is a fun and empowering step toward becoming
a confident leader in your troop, service unit, or council events!
