Troop Money Management Training
Objective:
This training
equips troop volunteers with the necessary skills to manage troop
finances effectively. Volunteers learn how to set up and manage a bank
account, handle troop funds, maintain financial records, and
collaborate with girls on budgeting for activities.

1. Troop Finances:
- Understanding the
role of the troop volunteer in managing funds.
- Handling troop
money responsibly.
- Keeping accurate financial records.
2. Budgeting with Girls:
- Engaging girls in discussions
about activity costs (e.g., supplies, fees, transportation,
rentals).
- Setting financial goals for troop activities.
- Encouraging girls' participation in Council-sponsored product
programs.
Additional Information:
- Volunteers will learn
practical strategies for effective money management within their
troops.
- The course emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and
financial responsibility.
