Outdoor Training is mandatory if you are planning to take your Troop on an outdoor overnight trip and/or cooking outdoors. Outdoor Training is completed in two parts. Part-1 is Outdoor Trip Planning and is required before you go on an Outdoor Camping Trip, and it is also a prerequisite for Part-2 Outdoor Skill Training. Other training may be required for your Trip.
Cancellations:
Transfers, cancellations, or refund requests must be made in writing to customercare@girlscoutsccs.org 30 days before the event's registration deadline. There are no refunds after the deadline or closing date of the event. Dates shown in the cancellation policy below are strictly to allow staff the ability to process cancellations for all events, year-round and are not specific to this event. Please see the registration end date to determine the cancellation deadline for this event.
Special Circumstances:
GSCCS is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees that may have special circumstances or needs that may require alternative planning. Attendees with a special circumstance should include the accommodation need in the box labeled "Special Circumstances," for our staff to review. Additionally, any dietary needs should be included in the "Dietary Restrictions" box.
