🌳 Join the Trailblazers Club for an adventurous stroll through the beautiful Valley Oak and Sycamore Loop! This scenic trek takes you along well-maintained trails meandering past sparkling creeks like Deep Creek, Johnson Slough, and Outside Creek-perfect spots for peaceful moments and picture-perfect views. Keep your sunglasses handy, because this sunny trail is a bright, open adventure!
As we wander through Kaweah Oaks Preserve, you'll step into a slice of history-imagine the lush valley oak forests that thrived here over 100 years ago. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife like bobcats, great horned owls, and the graceful valley oaks that give the preserve its name. This special place was saved from development by dedicated local heroes and conservation groups, making it a haven for nature lovers and explorers alike.
Bring your curiosity, a water bottle, and your sense of adventure-we'll explore, learn, and enjoy the great outdoors together! All members of the council and their guests are welcome to join us while our Trailblazer Club members lead the way. We will come equipped with gloves and trash bags to help keep clean the trail (if you want!). Remember to wear comfy shoes, slather on sun protection, and stay alert for critters like rattlesnakes and ticks. Leashed pups are welcome, but let's keep the preserve pristine for everyone.

This is not a drop-off event. Chaperones required.
Transfers, cancellations, or refund requests must be made in writing to customercare@girlscoutsccs.org 7 days prior to the registration deadline for the event. There are no refunds after the deadline or closing date of the event. Dates shown in the cancellation policy below are strictly to allow staff the ability to process cancellations for all events, year-round and are not specific to this event. Please see the registration end date to determine the cancellation deadline for this event.
Choose Program Credits as the payment method to redeem Cookie Dough/Nut Bucks/Renewal Program Credits. Registration will not be finalized until Program Credits have been approved by staff. Please allow 2-3 days for approval.
