Join us for an empowering and informative session with Jennifer Jensen, Executive Director of Global Family & the Daughters Project, focused on personal safety, healthy relationships, and human trafficking awareness. Through age-appropriate conversation, girls will learn how to recognize red flags, stay safe online and in everyday situations, and understand where to turn for help if they or someone they know needs support.

This engaging experience creates a supportive space for learning, reflection, and dialogue, helping girls strengthen their voices while gaining knowledge that empowers them to protect themselves and others.

Many topics are often brought up in a very casual manner while on the way to or at a Girl Scout activity. For planned discussions and activities, parent/caregiver permission is required. For guidance on how to handle conversations on sensitive issues, refer to our Parent/Caregiver Permission for Sensitive Issues form.

About Global Family

Global Family is a global nonprofit committed to creating a world where every girl is safe, supported, and empowered. Working across nine countries, they partner with local communities to prevent trafficking, strengthen families, and provide caring environments where girls can grow with confidence and dignity. Their work centers on the belief that each girl is as valuable as a daughter and that when families and communities are strong, girls thrive.
