In honor of Women's History Month, Girl Scouts are invited to our Girl Power: Self Defense Class, hosted by Warmup Athletics! This class is designed for girls and an important adult woman (18+) in their lives to learn side by side. This unique workshop helps strengthen the bond between girls and their supporters while teaching skills that promote awareness, confidence, and personal safety. The $20 registration fee reflects the participation of both the Girl Scout and one meaningful adult woman in her life. This experience is designed for them to attend together. Please note that this is not a drop-off event.

Together, pairs will:

  • Learn age appropriate self defense techniques
  • Practice situational awareness and boundary setting
  • Build communication and teamwork during guided activities
  • Strengthen confidence, courage, and resilience

This class is not a dropoff event. Each participating Girl Scout must be accompanied by a trusted adult woman in her life, such as a mentor, caregiver, or positive role model, who will attend and participate alongside her. This ensures a safe, supportive, and shared learning experience.
