Girls will:

  • Learn basic self defense techniques
  • Build awareness and safety skills
  • Strengthen confidence and communication
  • Celebrate Women's Month through empowerment and courage

This dynamic workshop helps Girl Scouts build confidence and resilience while living the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Girls practice being courageous and strong and learn skills they can carry with them everywhere they go.
