Join us in celebrating International Women's Month with a special behindthescenes experience at Telemundo Bakersfield!
During this unique studio tour, girls will:
- Tour the Telemundo studio and see real production spaces
- Meet Elaina Rusk, Sandra Chavez, and Norma Gaspar, who work for KGET and Telemundo
- Explore storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
- Discover how women shape the media we watch every day
This hands-on experience empowers girls to envision themselves as creators, storytellers, and leaders in media. Perfect for Girl Scouts interested in communication, technology, and the power of women's voices in the industry!

There are no refunds after the deadline or closing date of the event. Program Credits: Choose Program Credits as the payment method to redeem Cookie Dough/Nut Bucks/Renewal Program Credits. Registration will not be finalized until Program Credits have been approved, processed by staff, and the Cookie Dough and Nut Bucks Form has been submitted https://www.cognitoforms.com/GirlScoutsOfCentralCaliforniaSouth/OnlineRegistrationDigitalCookieDoughNutBucksPaymentForm . This form must be received to complete registration. When using program credits at checkout, please allow 2-3 days for approval. Events and activities do sell out quickly, so it is recommended that members register early.
Special Circumstances: GSCCS is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees who may have special circumstances or needs who may require alternative planning. Attendees with special circumstances should include the accommodation need in the box labeled "Special Circumstances" for our staff to review.
