Early Bird Renewal

Early Bird Renewal is the renewal of your Girl Scout membership before the end of the Girl Scout year, and during April – June. Members who renew during the Early Bird season are offered special incentives throughout the year, including discounts, gifts, and added program opportunities with the Early Bird All Access Pass. Early Bird Members will receive a custom card that they can show to access the additional incentives available throughout the year.

Who is eligible for Early Bird Benefits? toggle arrow

All GSCCS members have the opportunity to renew as Early Birds and become Early Bird All Access Pass Members. Renewing members should purchase membership renewal before June 30th, 2026 to be renewed in time to receive their Early Bird All Access Pass. Girls that have earned membership through cookie sales will automatically be registered as Early Birds as will Lifetime Members.

New members should join using the Extended Year membership option to ensure that they are registered as Early Birds for the upcoming Girl Scout Year.

Will I receive Early Bird Benefits if I earned membership through selling cookies? toggle arrow

All girls that sell 50+ packages during the cookie season earn Early Bird *membership and benefits.

*All memberships earned through cookies will be processed automatically by our staff and you will be receive the earliest benefits. No action is needed from Troops or parents to renew those memberships.

Troop Leaders/Parents may receive an auto-generated email referencing the renewal. Please note, that this is just our team working through the renewals, and no action is needed. Additionally, we will be contacting girls bridging to adults with some additional options before we renew them! How do I access my benefits? toggle arrow

Your exclusive All Access Pass card is necessary to access your benefits and incentives, so be sure to keep it safe and bring it with you.

Early Bird All Access Passes can be picked up at one of the GSCCS offices by parents or Troop Leaders. Members will be notified of pick up date via email.

GSCCS is happy to replace lost or stolen cards with a provisional card. To request a provisional card, please contact customercare@girlscoutsccs.org.

Cards have no cash value and must be present to redeem incentives.

Birthday patches must be picked up in store during the birthday month.

All tangible item benefits i.e. charms, patches, etc. are available while supplies last.

Cards are not transferable and we will rely on Girl Scout honor to ensure that cards are only used by the cardholder to which it was issued.

To be eligible for the Early Bird All Access Pass, members must renew or register to Girl Scouts of Central California South April 1st, 2025 through June 30th, 2025 using any membership option; Lifetime, Annual, or Extended Year.

Early Bird All Access Pass is available to current Lifetime Members; including Lifetime Members joining before April 1st, 2025.
