Girl Scouts will learn about the important role service animals play in supporting community members and how these specially trained dogs help people navigate everyday life. Girls will explore what it takes for a dog to become a service animal, the skills they must learn, and the impact they have on the people they serve. After learning the basics, girls will have the opportunity to spend time with the dogs, interact with them, and assist with simple training activities as they work toward becoming service animals for someone in need.

Registration includes a patch and a snack.
