Member engagement is a key part of Girl Scouts of Central California South's strategy as we strive to honor the voice of our membership. Our governance system, which is comprised of elected or appointed delegates who serve as voting members of the council, is the main way for members to give input to our Board of Directors. All delegates should attend the in-person Annual Meeting to cast their votes and make their voices heard.
The current application period is now closed for 2026.
Adult and youth members ages 14+ are eligible to apply for this position in winter 2027 to represent GSCCS at the 2029 NCS.
