From July 20-25, 2026, Girl Scouts of the USA will convene the 2026 Girl Scout Convention and 58th National Council Session (NCS) in Washington, DC. This special six-day gathering, which only happens once every three years (called a triennium), brings delegates from councils around the country and overseas to gather to vote on and discuss issues important to our Movement and elect leaders for the next triennium. As part of this process, councils can shape the agenda for the meeting and initiate both discussion topics and proposals on matters important to the Movement. In order to give feedback to the National Board – who has final authority to set the agenda – councils are encouraged to review the proposals and consider endorsing those topics which they believe should be on the agenda. So that GSCCS can consider positions on these proposals and topics, we need input from you -- our members. Please review the proposed agenda topics list below.
We encourage you to review these documents and make your voice heard! Feedback will be open through May 28, 2025. Click the green button below to submit your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and ensure that we are modeling the very best of our democratic processes in support of Girl Scouts here in Central California.
